Gobi Kofta | Cauliflower Kofta | गोबी के कोफ्ते

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower (finely grated)
  • 2–3 cups of water for kneading
  • ¾ cup gram flour
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Method

  1. Steam cauliflower in microwave for 5 minutes
  2. Let cauliflower stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Form the mixture into balls, no bigger than a ping-pong ball.
  5. Deep fry kofta until golden brown.

Serve with mint chutney.
